Our Industry appears to be changing for the better. Many Original Components Licenses are be re-established the owners are striving to produce products to original specifications. SRW are in communication with many of these companies.
The process is ongoing but it is our intention to feed such information and choices into our website over time. However for now the following must be observed.
Our website uses the original part numbers for reference purposes, the use of these part numbers does not refer that the goods supplied are genuine, or that the quality is equivalent to that of the original components. (Unless we specifically identify so) Whilst a few parts may be sourced from the original suppliers, the majority of parts available now are reproduction, and modification to some components may be required in order to obtain a satisfactory fit.
In the instances where there is a choice of two or more different qualities for the same item, then suffixes will be applied to the part numbers. However, even in these instances the use of the original part number does not infer that this item is of equal quality to the genuine part, only that it is of better quality of the two.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All items displayed on our website are shown in UK pounds sterling, and payments may be made by a variety of methods as offered by Square our Market Leader in secure payment processing. Payments are taken at the time of purchase, should any further payment need to be made i.e. additional shipping costs / items added after purchase etc. You will be contacted via email and an invoice to pay these charges will be sent to you. We strive to deliver the best prices and so occasionally we might also contact you to provide a refund on your purchase should we find prices have fallen.

The prices seen on this website show VAT as a separate TAX . Until further notice please be advised that we are not presently Registered for VAT as we are not yet required to do so. This means that we still have to pay our suppliers VAT and are unable to claim that back from HMRC. Therefore, until future notice we cannot offer NIL VAT to overseas buyers and we cannot issue VAT Receipts for you to reclaim this element of your purchase. This will be addressed soon though.
Every effort is made to keep our prices correct on our website, however we reserve the right to change prices without notice. In the event this situation arises you will always be given the opportunity to cancel and obtain an instant refund. We will always contact via email in writing.
We aim to have every product despatched to you within in 24 hours and to be delivered to you in 2 / 3 days if UK Mainland. All other destinations take a little longer. Please note that weekends and holidays can also have an impact. We will always stay in contact and keep you informed as best we can. We regret that we do not yet keep live stock levels on our site, however they are usually only up to 7 days old and so do offer some certainty. We are assisted by many suppliers and so 99% of the time we can fulfil the order as explained above. We will not be liable for loss or damage through any delayin delivery as such instances are beyond our control. If there is a need to deviate from the above we will contact you via email and keep you informed.

UK & EEC ORDERS
VAT must be added to the goods and to the postage at the current UK rate. Once your order is placed and accepted the contract is governed by English Law.
Payment may be made by the methods shown on the Checkout Page. Purchases will be made in pounds sterling. For overseas orders the exchange rates are determined by the banks or credit card providers which may make an additional processing charge for which you will be liable. You may have to pay import duty or other customs fees on entry to your country.
Some of our products may not be available for delivery outside the UK due to regulatory restrictions, or for practical reasons may have to be sent under special shipping arrangements at additional cost, if this is the case you will be notified straight away.
All items whether new or reconditioned provided by SRW have a 12 month warranty unless otherwise specified. This warranty period commences from the date on your invoice, and not when the parts were fitted to your vehicle. The warranty covers defects to the item provided only if it is fitted to the vehicle it is specified for, in the correct manner and for normal everyday use. The warranty on our parts is not covered for any sort of competition, racing, rallying, kit build, modified/adapted vehicles, or anything other than their original intended use.
Our warranty also only covers the parts in question, and does not cover any consequential cost or loss, such as garage labour, recovery, car hire or re-delivery. A claim will also not be validated if failure is caused by miss-use, neglect, overheating, incorrect instillation, or failure of any other part.
All goods sold on a “mail order” basis are subject to a 14 day cooling off period. Should you decide that once you have received your order you no longer require some or all of the items, you can return them to us for a refund. However please note, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. If items that have been sent or ordered in error are subject to the same conditions. Please return all goods with your contact details and a copy of your invoice so we know who they relate to. We will be unable to refund the cost of any items returned without this information.
All items returned to use for a refund, with the exception of faulty items and items received in SRW error, are returned at the cost of the customer. If you have received a faulty item, or an item in SRW error, please contact us before returning the item/s to us. Please keep your proof of postage and let us know the return delivery cost, we will then include this with your refund for goods.
Please note all returns, with the exception of faulty items, should not have been fitted, and should be in the same condition in which they were sent to you, this includes any sign of oily fingerprints on the outside packaging, such as branded boxes. It should be possible with all returned items (with the exception of faulty items) for SRW to supply these items again as new.
If an item is not required or the item is returned in the condition in which we cannot sell as new (with the exception of faulty items) SRW reserves the right to charge a 15% handling charge to return items to stock. Should they not be in the same condition, in some cases we regret that it may not be possible to refund you for the items, and they will be returned to you at your own cost.
All return payments must be made in the same way as the original payment, and into the same account in which the original order was purchased. We are unable to refund payment to an additional method, or into another persons account.
Please note all trim and some other items are manufactured to order and in some cases are a special order item, meaning that it will not be eligible for a refund. Other trim will be refunded but SRW reserves the right to charge a 15% handling charge to return these goods to stock.
It is unfortunate but in some cases an item may be supplied which is faulty. If this is the case please contact us as soon as possible. You may be asked to supply pictures of the fault, or in some case asked to return the item for further inspection (please return all faulty goods with a copy of your invoice, your contact details and a complete description of the problem). If this is the case the customer is responsible for the initial cost of return, if the item is then found to be faulty after inspection, we will then refund this delivery cost, so please keep proof of postage.
It may be necessary for us to return your item to the manufacturer for inspection, or if you have a fault with an electrical item we may need to carry out tests to determine the fault, because of this please allow up to 14 days to determine the problem. If a problem is found we will either refund the cost of your items should you so wish, or provide you with a replacement. Please note a refund is only available if the goods were purchased within the last 12 months (unless specified otherwise)
If no fault is found we will do our best to advise why you have had a problem, however the cost to return the item to you will be down to the customer.
We regret that it is not possible to provide a replacement in advance of having the faulty itm returned to us and tested. If you would like to purchase a replacement in advance this is not a problem, we can the refund you for the item should a fault be found with your returned item. However please note if no fault id found with your returned item, this item will be returned to you at your own cost.

Where clothing is found to be incorrect in size you may return it to be exchanged for another size. You are to pay for the cost of returning the item to us. We will then send the requested new size at our expense.
Any competition goods are supplied for specialist use. Once used in competition they will be subject to extreme stress and not covered by our guarantee. With any of these products we stand by the manufacturers guarantees and these items will be returned to the manufacturer for there consideration. It is acknowledged by the buyer of such goods that the foregoing statement shall be a relevant and important issue in any claim brought against the Company and the Company shall, in turn, place importance upon this clause. In addition, parts connected to parts supplied by this company may be placed under stress where specialist/competition parts are used, and purchasers should take advice from experts prior to purchase. Manufacturers may also limit guarantees when components are installed for competition use.
Distributors are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from invoice date, regardless of mileage. Claims of a fault after this period due to the vehicle only covering a few miles or the item being stored and not fitted will not be honoured.
Save for liability which would be unlawful to exclude, our obligation to refund the purchase price or replace the product shall constitute the full extent of our liability in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the customer whether caused by a breach of contract or by misrepresentation.
